To Whom It May Concern

May I introduce myself, my name is Jill Palise and I have been associated with McCoy Travel for the nine years I have held the position of Executive Director of Sales and Marketing on Matamanoa Island.

As business partners McCoy Travel are extremely professional, they do their homework, they follow up and all their staff are fully familiar with the products they sell. I would go as far as saying that they are true Fiji Specialists.

I have visited their office on a couple of occasions and was very impressed with all their staff and their operation. I made particular note of the camaraderie that exists among them. In turn most of their staff have visited Matamanoa Island and other parts of Fiji to update their product knowledge. I wish there were more Travel Companies with this initiative and degree of professionalism.

On a more personal note, both my husband and I are privileged to say that we have become friends of Melissa, she is a charming lovely lady with a bubbly open personality, quite the right attributes for our industry.
