Dear Hiapo,
We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Fiji. You arranged a
terrific package, on very short notice at a peak time, at the Intercontinental
Hotel, which is a stunning property.
A friend recommended we call McCoy Travel when we said we were thinking
about a trip to Fiji. You made our trip absolutely seamless and you
suggestions were right on point for our needs. We will certainly call
you when we are ready to plan a trip to Moorea.
Thank you, Hiapo and a Happy New Year.
Kindest regards,

PS The gourmet restaurant at the Intercontinetal is called Navo. It
is a delicious eating adventure. We loved it!!

| Hiapo,
We just returned from our trip to Hawaii and wanted to thank you. Everything
went very smoothly and we were very happy with our trip. In particular,
I wanted to thank you for helping to rearrange everything with my wife's
illness. We were concerned that we would miss out on the trip and it
was nice to know that with a call to you we could still go on our trip.

Hiapo,
I
just wanted to say thank you, and how much I appreciated your arranging
our wedding and honeymoon! Everything went just as you said it would.
And Sia was absolutely a joy to work with. She made is stress free and
very fun to get married!
The weather wasn't that
great, but it did clear up on Monday, the day of the wedding. Sia even
made arrangements for us to sign the license documents on Saturday,
the day we arrived.
Anyway, thanks again,

| Dear Melissa,
I
am finally responding to your kind letter asking about our recent trip
to the Big Island of Hawaii.
First, I want to sing
praises to Hiapo.
He was absolutely the best. He was patient and oh so accommodating to
my non stop requests and, if truth be told, my whining. He made some
magic happen and our whole experience was top notch. We loved our rooms
with their beautiful views, the magnificent breakfast each morning and
the whole Hawaiian experience.
My dream was to spend
time with my son and daughter-in-law in a special place for us to make
wonderful memories. I rarely get to see my son and my time with him
was so memorable and far beyond my imagination.
I should add that I was worried about how I would organize everything
at the resort. How pleased I was to find how well Hiapo organized everything
for me, from the rooms, car rental, check in, breakfast and the paddle
boat and snorkel rentals. We loved and appreciated it all. I'll be paying
for this vacation for a few years to come but the memories will last
a lire time,
Favorite experiences?
Can't begin to name one. But the view I had from my room overlooking
the bay and dolphin pools was exquisite. We really enjoyed watching
the runner light the torches along the resort paths each night from
out balconies. Oddly enough, playing with and feeding the fish at the
boat dock outside the breakfast restaurant is a really fond memory.
I can't imagine a more
wonderful vacation and I know Michael and Amy feel the same.

| Hi Melissa,
We had a great time in Hawaii! We were in Honolulu for two days and
visited Pearl Harbour. The tour was very interesting and enjoyable.
We then traveled to Kaua'i for five days and loved it! Everything was
so BEAUTIFUL! I never knew there were so many different shades of green!
We took a helicopter tour with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. The views
were awesome! It was a little rainy that day, but overall it was very
nice. The Resort was our favorite part of our trip. We upgraded to an
ocean view room and were so glad we did. The beach was just steps away
from our room. We attended the luau there and loved every bit of it.
The food and entertainment were both excellent.
We flew American Airlines. I guess the worst part was the return flight.
We had two connections coming home and it was a very long day for us.
We left Lihue at 10:00 PM and finally got home to Amarillo, Texas by
2:30 PM the next day. We would have loved a direct flight to Dallas
and then just that short flight to Amarillo. That would have been so
much better. Also, we had to pay for in-flight food. It was expensive
and really not very good.
Anyway, thanks for an amazing trip! (Hiapo
and Auntie Snorkel were both very helpful with arrangements.)
We are so glad that we used McCoy Travel. Everything went very smoothly
for us.
Sincerely,
K. Finley

| Hi
Hiapo!
I just wanted to take a moment and thank
you for the wonderful experience we had in Fiji with your arrangements.
The Hotel was beautiful, all the pickups and transfers went perfectly
and everyone was so helpful. Let's say my husband was very surprised
because we had a lot of transferring and moving around to do.
We love Fiji - I fell in love with Naigani
Island and we will definitely return. If someone is looking for the
more primitive "Gilligan Island" style of Fiji, enjoys meeting
people and making friends and wants a truly special experience meeting
the Chief and people of the village - this is the place for them. And
I must say, I really got into the whole Kava thing! :o)
The Extra bonus was we were the only
divers so everyday was just us and the dive master - perfect!
Thank you so much for helping to make
our experience stress free and well organized. I am so glad I found
you!
I will be in touch when we get ready
to return!
Happy Thanksgiving
wishing you a wonderful holiday season

Aloha!
Thank you for helping my family plan a wonderful trip to Maui.
Hertz was very helpful in changing our vehicle when we needed something
a bit larger. Thank you for the fruit plate at our first stop.
It was both a surprise and delicious! The Wailea Resort did upgrade
our party to being next door to each other with an ocean view, it was
beautiful. The second half of our trip was spent at Napili Resort
and it is always beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing...it doesn't disappoint.
This is our second time staying here and when we walked in it felt like
home and we all immediately relaxed.
It is hard to pick one favorite/worst experience..
Best Dining- Mama's Fish House. We made 2 reservations this trip and
it was fabulous both times. Highly recommend the food, view, and making
a reservation.
Best Mai Tai- Kimo's in Lahaina. We took this very seriously and
tasted a lot of Mai Tai's on the island. We also enjoyed the dinner.
Once again reservations came in very handy.
Best Breakfast- The Plantation in Kapalua and The Sea House in Napili.
Best Activity- Hard to pick one, we enjoyed everything we did. From
the Scuba to snorkeling with turtles and spinner dolphin at Napili to
the physical activities of the Zipline's in Haleakala, Kahoma Ranch
Rhino Tour, and Hana Lava Tubes. All were enjoyable activities
and highly recommended.
Overall, it was a great trip! Hiapo
did a great job in helping us with our flight when Aloha went out of
business and everything else fell into place, there were no surprises
and no problems, which is great.

Bula Melissa/Hiapo,
We, once again, enjoyed our trip that was arranged
through your awesome agents. This trip, to the Fiji Island Resort,
was quite a topper. We've never had a trip like this. This
place is surreal. Service there was incredible. I can go on all
day. We want to go again when we celebrate my husband's retirement
in approx 11 yrs. Meanwhile we'll be looking at other areas to
visit. But we just can't say enough about this Fiji Resort.
Air Pacific services were great once again, the flight time is rough
but it was better than last time. We're still trying to adjust
back to Pacific Coast time. Please let us know whenever the resort
offers a blue light special!!!
We took some beautiful pictures as we celebrated
our 25 wedding anniversary. The Resort Staff took care of all
the details for our vow renewal ceremony. It was just out of this

The trip was absolutely amazing. Fiji's climate, waters, reefs people
and especially their children were spectacularly gorgeous. The cruise
itself was amazing. It was wonderful being able to be so personable
and knowing that you were definitely going to see the same people every
day. It made the cruise seem more like an extended family get away and
we have tons of email addresses to prove it.
By far and away the best part of the cruise was seeing the faces of
the children who seemed honestly thrilled to have us there. Their love
for laughing, dancing (and digital cameras) was beautiful. Thank you
so much for all your efforts, allowing us to successfully travel to,
from and amongst the Fijian archipelago.
Many thanks,

Hi Hiapo
and Melissa,
We just wanted to thank you for helping to make our honeymoon a trip
to remember. We travel a great deal, but we don't usually do luxury
the way your package provided. It was perfect for us to celebrate the
beginning of our lives together. The accommodations, transportation
and overall arrangements worked out great for us. Hiapo,
you were EXTREMELY patient with us and really catered to our needs.
It is SINCERELY appreciated.
We attended a very helpful breakfast on our first
morning in order to plan out our week (since we'd been too overwhelmed
to do it prior to arrival). We didn't have to think about a thing and
were able to enjoy every minute. The hotel staff at the Maui Resort
were very accommodating. It made Maui even more magical. The whale sightings
from every spot on the island were unbelievable and made us smile every
time.
We have planned a number of trips ourselves to
locations all around the world...but this one was too special for us
to wing it---You helped to make our honeymoon the most special vacation
we've ever taken. It was spectacular and we wanted to thank you for
everything. Hiapo was one of the nicest and most genuine people we've
had the privilege of working with. Thank you again.

Sorry for the late reply. The trip was great.
We stayed at the Riviera Maya resort. A fabulous resort.
Everything went as planned.
It was an awesome vacation. Hiapo
did a great job. The best experience was the daily lounging on
the beach.
I am now interested in another trip in January,

for a good deal----all beaches, sand, snorkeling, food and drinks (of

We are very much open to the destinations (Fiji,

Will be contacting Hiapo shortly.

Hi all and a special
Hi to Hiapo
To start with we have not taken our trip to Fiji
yet but are definitely looking forward to it as a wind down from our
three weeks in Australia. Our trip is planed for mid winter, lets see
snow storms blizzards below freezing temperatures all the good things
in Nova Scotia.
So why am I writing this?
Well Kay and myself are from Halifax Nova Scotia Canada and we are doing
the big one, the big retirement trip vacation, once in a life time
sort of thing, any ways I was trying to book this trip through travel
agents in Halifax Canada and just kept running into stone walls. They
just wanted to sell me the book packages and get the money so I
said the heck with them all and decided to book the trip myself
through the Internet. I never thought I could do an add on to an island
like Fiji but all of a sudden the Canadian dollar went par with
the American dollar. Fiji here we come..
Here I am trying to book a Fiji trip on the internet at 3 am in the
morning and I run across this travel agent site with a toll free
number, like that is going to work from Halifax Nova Scotia Canada especially
at 4 am in the morning, so I said what the heck. I dialed
it and got this guy from Hawaii who was really fantastic and by
the time we finished he gave me several options to choose
from and his knowledge of Fiji was unbelievable. The result was
one more 4 am phone call and he gave me what I could afford
and what I wanted not what some travel agent that I was dealing with
here wanted. He even figured out a flight that saved me a $329.00
hotel room in Melbourne ( race week upcharge ) and it gave me 2 extra
days in Fiji. I booked the flight using my travel points and got the
flight from Melbourne that no one here knew anything about, I called
back Hiapo and together we choose the resort that best suited my
needs and I said
Book it Hiapo here's the visa number and we booked it on line, one small
glitch but it was all done and paid for.
Normally I would be hesitant in my praise but I am sure everything will
be just as we dreamed about when we arrive in Fiji. Why because I was
treated right, my concerns were met and I had the right options and
personal knowledge and insight from some one that knew what they were
talking about. Thanks Hiapo. If you ever get to Halifax the lobster
is on me .
I will confirm when we get back about our trip to Fiji, but somehow
I think it will be fantastic.
If you ever need a travel agent in Halifax Canada I am available.
Kindest regards

We had the best time. The airline was great, the rental car
place upgraded us for a small fee. The food was awesome ( expensive)
but amazing! There is nothing bad that I can say!! Only
positive and great things because working with your company was a
true blessing. I can't tell you how many times I googled things
and got so frustrated that I wanted to throw my laptop out the window.
That is when my husband called to find out some things and then the
heavens opened and Hiapo called!!! Hallelujah!!!!! Hiapo
saved the day and our honeymoon! Thank you for having such great
employees with great enthusiasm for what they do! He made my
husband and I feel very comfortable about our trip. Can't wait
to go away again and to have the comfort to know that when we book
with your company the trip will be AMAZING!!!!!!
Hiapo,
Thank you so much for helping my husband and I pick out the most AMAZING
trip ever to Maui. We had a lot of discussions about what island
we wanted to visit and you took the time to go over each island with
us. Thank you so much for that!!!! I know that we choose the best
island for our wants and needs. You also took the time to go over
each hotel and we did go through them a numerous amount of times.
You were so patient and so understanding that this was an important
trip to us!!!!!!! I can't wait to go on our next trip and work
with you to get us to our next amazing destination! Thanks for
all the help and patience with me and my husband! We had the most
wonderful time and the memories will last forever!!!! Thanks Hiapo!!!!!!

Hiapo,
I never got the chance to thank you for your great
advice on taking my wife to Fiji last year. You listened to what
I was looking for and picked the perfect place for our honeymoon.
We wanted something remote and peaceful and with lots of privacy
and seclusion and not too touristy. With only 10 or so huts on
the whole island, it was perfect. We loved every day and especially
enjoyed the messages, romantic and healthy dinners, off-island hikes
to the local villages, and the snorkeling and kayaks. We
hope to try another of your vacations someday soon. Take care.

Aloha Melissa and Hiapo,
We had a great time on both islands.
The airline experience was hassle-free and the Maui Beach Resort was
outstanding. We attended the orientation from Pleasant Hawaiian
and booked a luau, catamaran cruise/BBQ on Lanai (loved that), and surfing
lessons. The surfing lessons were the favorite with the teens,
and Steve and I even got up on the boards for a few seconds. Fun
and sore the next day. We bought a guided tour to Hana CD at the
grocery store and trekked around the island. We thought it was
gorgeous and we found many waterfalls to swim in and look at.
If we didn't buy the CD, we would not have found many of the beautiful
sites.
We had a great time on Kauai. We fell in love with Hanalei Bay.
Next trip we want to stay there.
We certainly appreciate all of your assistance and flexibility and we'll
keep our eyes open for good deals that you've been sending via email.

Thanks for all your
help in our 1st cruise and 1st time trip to Hawaii for our 25th anniversary.
We LOVED every single thing we did! The ship was great!
We liked the food, the service, the setup, and the communication daily
from the staff!
We loved all the islands! The Maui Luau was fabulous! Wouldn't
change anything there! The snorkeling trip was also a blast! We
did the snuba and had a great time! The food was also good. The
helicopter ride on Kauai was good! Very fun! The ATV ride
on Kauai was also good. The guides were fun. Our plane trips
on Hawaiian Air were all good. Every flight was on time and done
well.
When we stayed the extra 2 days at the Maui resort,
that was also just 'dreamy.' The hotel was wonderful, the service and
the view was also great, as they upgraded us to an oceanview for no
extra charge. The only thing we had a bit of trouble with was
finding the hotel, as the markings on the road do not delineate the
exact location, and it sits back with several other hotels, so we passed
it.
Overall, we could not have asked for a better trip!
It was the first time we've done any trip without any of our 5 children
or any of their sporting events, so it was wonderful! I appreciated
all the help that Hiapo
gave on my trip, including answering a lot of '1st timer' questions.
I also appreciated the great help of Brenda
in setting up some of my excursions and answering some additional questions.
I have already given your agency's name to several

Again, THANKS!

We had a great time (kinda hard not to)!!! However
here are a few details about each area:
1) Rosie’s Travel was good, organized, on time, etc.
2) Fiji Resort #1 was a good dive resort. Hotel was very nice, great
location, great sunsets. Our room was very clean and nice. Food was
mostly pretty good although there were a few meals that were “just
ok”. But based on feedback from other travelers we met there who
have stayed in other “dive resorts”, the food at Beqa was
pretty good over-all (especially the desserts).
3) Fiji Resort #2 was spectacular!!! The room, island and atmosphere
were amazing. But the absolute BEST thing is the reef!! Oh my
god!! It’s worth $1K just to dive & snorkel on and around
that reef. So many fish!! Absolutely the best snorkeling experience
we’ve ever had (and that includes, Thailand, Belize, all Hawaiian
islands & St. Lucia).
Overall we had a good vacation though.
Take care!

Hello Melissa/Hiapo,
This had to be my most favorite vacation. I am not a diver
and was worried about going to the Fiji resort. It was fantastic.
People, Place, Food, Entertainment….everything was wonderful.
I had NO bad experiences. Since favorite experience…this
is hard as all were great. Can I pick two? The desserts were to
die for, and we took a Seaplane back to Nadi (that was so neat looking
down at the island and reef). I would definitely do business
with McCoy travel again. And can’t wait to get back to Fiji.

Melissa,
Hiapo
helped my wife and I go through our travel plans. We
started 6 months prior looking at destinations for our plans and we
considered many places. We ended in FIJI with a single plan of
the Fiji Resort, due to climate, activities, and accommodations.
I inquired and researched many items in regards to travel plans and
amenities.
Everything on our trip went exactly according to
plan! It was what we were expecting and we enjoyed our time in
FIJI. Hiapo was able to identify our needs and suggest what we
should expect, considering this was our first of this type of trip.
The flight, transfers, resort, and activities went very, very well.
We loved the island and resort. The food and diving were great
but mostly the people were fabulous. It was the authenticity of
the people that made our visit so genuine. Also the organization,
service, and accommodations at the resort contributed highly to
this outstanding trip.
There were tough decisions to make due to so many
options and choices but we felt that we made the right choices, with
help from McCoy Travel of course!
Thank you and Vinaka!

to do turned out to be a great experience. Surprisingly, the kids'
(teenagers) favorite thing that we did was the Maui luau. The
atmosphere was incredible and they got to order all the fun drinks minus
the alcohol!
The horseback riding was a lot of fun. The woman in charge was
great. My daughter was having apprehensions about going but the
woman in charge insisted she was on a gentle horse and would be fine
and would not let her get down. My daughter had a great time and
was happy she went.
Everything went smoothly and every where we went our reservations were
already set and it was very easy to take care of things (car, etc.).
I would definitely use your company again as it made everything easy
for me!!

Hello Melissa,
Thank you for providing my wife and me with
a wonderful and forever memorable honeymoon to Fiji in June of 2006.
My booking experience through McCoy Travel and
specifically with Hiapo
was great. Hiapo spent many hours explaining all of the available
destinations to select from in our desire location of Fiji. I
do not have a great amount of detail to explain about the booking experience
and would only recommend to continue doing great and friendly work with
your future clients. I will recommend your agency and website
to all my friends and family whom also love to travel.
My single favorite experience was the peace I was
able to enjoy. For 10 days there were no phones, cell phones,
computers, planes, cars, or boats. Just peace, quiet, great food,
great company, great experiences, and great accommodations.
Thank you again!

Well we have been back from our 3 week Fiji/Hawaii trip since December
4th...and I am just now getting some extra time to write to you!
Qamea
was perfect! We just loved it! The honeymoon bure was
everything we imagined it would be and more! We enjoyed the
laid back quiet charm. The sound of the surf at night was a
great relaxing sound to sleep to and wake up to each morning.
The weather was perfect! The scuba diving was out of this world!
The soft corals were outstanding as was the sea life! Snorkeling
was also great right off the beach! The people were the sweetest
and most genuine people we have ever encountered on any of our trips!
The food was also excellent! Too bad it is so expensive...we
would love to go back someday! Even though it was probably the
most we have spent on a week long visit...it was still worth every
cent! So what's a little extra debt?!
Hawaii
is of course our favorite destination...it never fails to impress!
The Big Island was great and Kauai is still one of the most beautiful
places on this planet! We hope to live there someday!
Anyway...I just wanted to tell you how great our trip was. I
am already dying to go again! Thank you for all your help on
the planning of the trip and helping us to choose Qamea! Fiji
was fantastic!

I
wanted to share with your how happy we were with our incredible magical
vacation and our agent. The person who is responsible for that magic. Hiapo.
He went above and beyond the call of duty!! His ability to listen
I believe is responsible. He listened to what I had to say about
what I "thought" I wanted and... What I didn't say. He must have paid
attention because the vacation he put together could not have been
more perfect for who "I" am. Everything was more then perfect!
The Cruise, Swimming with the Dolphins, the hotels, and Hana!
Hana I just plain fell in love with! Hana was everything he
said it would be! I live in a very rural area, had never been on vacation
before (not a "real" vacation) I love being in "hot spots" for a "little
while", and love open spaces without a lot of people for the most
part. I do not believe anyone could have put together a more
perfect "Memory" for us! A memory so strong and treasured that
going on another vacation next year is a top priority. Hiapo is who
we will be calling!
Thank
you so much for the service you provide!! The Personal touch that
you, McCoy Travel give to people in a so automatic world.
In fact I had, prior to contacting McCoy Travel, called a few other
travel agencies, I got some brochures in the mail.
Then I found "you".. THANK YOU!!!

Aloha Melissa and Hiapo,
We have been meaning to write and tell you that
we really enjoyed our recent trip to Fiji.
Our
favorite experience was spending lots of time in the water snorkeling,
usually all by ourselves, photographing the clown fish in the sea anemones.
The staff at Matangi
took us on solo trips to beautiful Horseshoe Bay twice, and for one
of the trips they packed us a breakfast picnic. The Qamea
staff took us on a solo trip to Honeymoon Beach that was very nice too.
Several of the staff at Qamea helped us find the orange doves in the
trees.
Our favorite food was called “Frangipani
Pie”, which was an incredible pineapple meringue pie at Matangi.
Overall, we liked the food better at Matangi. We also liked the
outdoor shower there better since it is open to the sky and not covered
(important to us for the “outdoor” ambiance). We
got to attend a wedding at each resort.
Our
next big trip might be the Cook Islands. Too bad we didn’t
go when Aloha flew there directly. We are really hooked on the
South Pacific since our first trip to French Polynesia in May 05.
It’s difficult for us to get away for more than a week
to ten days, so we envy your long itineraries! We expect to
be hearing about Hiapo’s Caribbean trip, or at least seeing
it on the website.
We’ll give you a call when the wanderlust
craving starts kicking in again. A couple of photos are attached.
Thanks so much for helping us get this trip together - at the almost
last minute. We wanted a quiet time at nice places with incredible
snorkeling and that’s what we got. It wouldn’t have
happened without your help!

I wanted to say our trip (Honeymoon and one year anniversary) was
simply magnificent. I owe it all to you. You hooked us
up with an affordable (for a school teacher) trip of a lifetime.
The hotels, service, tours and flights were wonderful. Thank
you for taking so much time in supporting my questions and concerns.
You truly did a wonderful job and I thank you again and again and
again.
I know in the future to contact for any exotic trips. What
other areas to you specialize in? I will keep you in mind for
our next journey. Thank you and feel free to use me as a reference.

Bula Hiapo,
I have to thank you for suggesting Namale
for our Honeymoon vacation.
It over-exceeded all of our expectations, and we were very sad to leave.
The surroundings and weather was beautiful our entire trip and we indulged
in almost all of the activities the resort had to offer as well as a
few spa visits. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and over accommodating
the entire time. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to have had
the opportunity to learn as much as we did about the Fijian culture,
lifestyle, and traditions. Kava was a new and interesting experience
for us; so we had to drag a kava bowl back home and show our families
a bit of our experience. We even got to see some of the Namale staff
play in a local Rugby match. On top of the great time we had there we
made friends with other couples from all over the world; in fact we
will be meeting up with a couple in a few months that we met there.
I have to thank you again for your recommendation,
it was an adventure we will never forget.

Hiapo!
Wanted to let you
know that my Dream Trip to Fiji surpassed my expectations!
It began when my daughter surprised us at the airport with an upgrade
to business/first for our 10 hour Honolulu flight.
We had good weather - it only rained for a 1/2 day during our stay.
We feasted on rack of lamb, steak, large crawfish tails, lamb shanks
& a variety of fish & vegetables. The villa at Musket
Cove was great, the staff wonderful, (they took the time to learn
our names) the sunsets spectacular and snorkeling colorful. We were
the only Americans at the resort & felt special. I want to tell
you that low tide was Verrrrry low but the beautiful pools made up for
this. There also was a deep swim-snorkel area past the sand floor bar.
The people of Fiji are most hospitable and I wish the distance to this
incredible spot wasn't so far.
Vinaka for our welcoming flowers
and arrangements with Rosie's and your recommendations that made this
trip very memorable.
Sincerely,

Bula Hiapo,
Having returned home for awhile now, I feel the need to commend Hiapo
for the dream vacation he arranged for us.
Not knowing what we wanted, I spoke with him and allowed him to arrange
all. Wowwwww! Did he ever.
Taking three weeks and visiting three islands was fantastic. Each island
was wonderful and each resort breath taking. We enjoyed each and felt
that the vacation just kept getting better from the first day.
Hiapo's arrangements were great and we never lacked for service. Everyone
at each resort was wonderful and made you feel at ease from the moment
you arrived.
Having said all this I called within one week of our return and had
Hiapo book us a return engagement to our most favorite island, Taha'a.
We can hardly contain ourselves as we wait to return again.
Thank you Hiapo

Bula Hiapo,
We had a terrific time on Matamanoa.
The snorkeling was fabulous. We have never experienced such coral and
fish viewing as what we saw right off of the island. The white beach
walk and mountain climb gave us a little workout when we wanted it.
We found many places to get away from the usual gathering of the other
guests (around the pool). Most of the time we felt like we had the whole
island to ourselves. It was truly what we both needed to relax...seeing
nothing but white beach, blue water, and sunny skies.
We were glad we had the air conditioning. It was very hot and very humid.
We could see rain coming in the distance but it did not reach our island
or affect any day activities. The hotel staff were all wonderful. It
was a delight to visit with them and find out about their lives. Rosie's
VIP lounge was a nice final touch at the end of the trip. We were the
only ones in the lounge. The quiet was well worth it. We would definitely
go back to this place.
Thanks for all of your help and encouragement to lighten the luggage
to go on the helicopter. We heard the boat trip was a little rough.
Love your company and all of your knowledge about the islands. Keep
up the good work.

Hiapo,
Cheryl and I had a great time in Bora
Bora. It is a beautiful place. The agent did a great job in describing
and helping us book the travel! We will book with you again. My wife
overcame one her greatest fears and swam with sharks 7'-8' long! We
woke up each morning to a beautiful view of blue water and emerald islands.
Aside from a few hiccups, our honeymoon went smoothly.
We stayed at the Bora Bora Nui.The room was fine and the view was stellar!
We will book with you again, but will be going to the Ritz or Four Seasons

I wanted to comment on a couple of items regarding our 2 week trip/wedding
in Fiji:
1) Your agency is very responsive and we appreciated the numerous emails
before and after we left and the recent card from Hiapo.
You guys were great!
2) The Fijians are the nicest people in the world!
3) Qamea
and Yasawa
resorts are absolutely amazing. Qamea will stand out as the most unpretentious,
accommodating and overall nicest place we have ever stayed; we felt
like part of the Qamea family and spent several nights chatting with
the manager Shelly, and Ron and Bryce, the owners. Yasawa is a little
more formal, but facilities were a bit nicer and the beach absolutely
amazing! I vote Yasawa as the best place to get married, and I grew
up in a beach town!
We will most definitely use McCoy again. Please keep us updated on all
your recent trips and recommendations. We are looking at going to Tahiti/Moorea
next year!

Thanks again for your help and if we do plan another vacation we will

Hiapo!!!
Just a quick note to thank you for all your recommendations related
to Fiji. Every thing met and exceeded our expectations. The seaplane
was a fabulous way to arrive and depart Malolo Island. We were the envy
of everyone at the resort.
First week at Walu Beach Resort was the perfect mid range family resort.
Lodging, food and service was excellent. Far more attractive than the
nearby more expensive Malolo Island Resort. Weather was perfect.
Fabulous snorkeling, scuba, sailing, My 17 year old enjoyed the scuba
so much the second day, he went ahead and got certified and went diving
almost every day for the remaining two weeks. My 15 year old and I spent
hours snorkeling and sailing. My wife got one terrific tan.
The second week at the more upscale Koro Sun Resort was very tropical.
Rain forest hikes, spa, massages, villages, water fall swimming, great
food and service.
Fiji was as beautiful and friendly a place as you could ever hope to
visit. I can see why people go back, I know we will.
Our compliments to your agency. The follow up phone calls making sure
we got all our documents and a final call wishing us a wonderful vacation
was a very nice touch.

Melissa,
Hiapo
did a wonderful job. He was pleasant, patient, informative, and excellent
at his job. I called him and told him, I'll be calling him when I am
ready to go again. Two years ago I booked a honeymoon through your agency
with Jennifer.
She also did a great job. Your agency really knows what they are doing.
United Airlines was great. It was the first time I ever flew on United.
If their price is competitive, I would choose them above the other airlines.
The Kiahuna
Outrigger Plantation was absolutely gorgeous. We were in building
32 # 204. It was really nicely decorated and had a very welcoming feeling.
The hot water heater was not working the first day we arrived. It was
fixed the next day. We managed! I would like to go to Kauai again. If
I do, I would like to try and get the same condo.
The 4 x 4 movie tour was great. (Hawaii
Movie Tours) My family and I highly recommend it. We also did tours
on the Catamaran Kuhana, the anini garden on the north side of the island,
and the Smith's
luau. We were happy with all of these also. We drove up and viewed
the canyon and the Napili coast. It was breath taking. Kauai is the
closest thing I have ever seen to Paradise. If there are any really
good deals next year, we may consider going again then. More than likely
we may have to wait and go in two years.
Thanks for everything!!!

When I decided to go to Fiji, I felt a little lost in the fact that

I found you guys and gave you a call. When I got to talk to Hiapo
it was like my trip was really happening. He was so friendly and he
new everything that I was looking for. He made sure that he booked us
into places where he new we would be happy and be able to surf and enjoy
our visit. I have still called Hiapo many times to bug him with questions
and he is always so good about answering everything or finding the answer
for me. I have told all my friends and family about Hiapo and how amazing
he is and I know that when we do our family trip that there is no one

| Hi
Hiapo,
I cannot tell you how fabulous it was. We will never be the same and
we both said we are willing to give up other trips we usually take to
put money aside for Wakaya.
We loved the r1 button on our phone, we called it the "can't say
no to anything" button and they never did. Did I tell you we both
needed a nurse at separate times, she came immediately Greg had a bad
sore throat and ear thing and she gave him some meds. He was great in
a day. And then, the only bummer was I am really susceptible to mosquito
bites and although I took EVERY precaution, lived with Off on my body,
all screens closed, bug candles always going...I ended up with about
15 big bites and had an allergic reaction (they were huge and swollen),
nurse came, she calls a doctor and 15 minutes later I get an injection
for 'toxin and nausea" , a special cream, and a load of antibiotics
to take. By the next day I was 90% better, but they called to check
on me for the next two days. I am talking unbelievable, we asked what
do we owe you? Guess what, nothing of course, I mean come on where are
you going to get that? Just like you said, my clothes were ironed and
cleaned (Greg's too) at any given moment, fresh champagne, cheese platters,
fruit platters, we didn't even have to ASK. OK the picnic, we went our
2nd day and had such a blast we went 3 times during the 8 days we were
there, it was incredible like you said. The food was out of this world!
For Greg's birthday they went all out, had the table all decorated,
all the musicians, the meal I ordered for him (steak) a special cake
and treated him like a king. I had a crush on the dive master, he held
my hand on all the scary dives, he has been there 8-10 years and was
awesome!
Greg and I made true friends. We were even invited to their little village
to go to church on Mother's Day, and went with the local people and
they honored ME during the service (as a mother) , when we left, even
people that had the day off came over to sing and send us off, I can
go on and on but you get the picture. His vacation (the golf pro Charlie)
was supposed to start 2 days before were leaving and he STAYED because
he had so much fun with Greg. He holds the course record and Greg tied
it. I just can't say enough. We left Greg's golf clubs, gave them shirts
and hats "Cleveland' and Greg is sending over a few new sets for
their club as a gift (value of about $5,000) but hey he is president
of the company, so no biggy.
Anyway, Greg told me over and over that he has never had a better time
in his life and that every dollar was well worth it and that I made
every right decision (especially the flight part), he said that was
perfect not flying for 25 hours. We also got in first class not business,
BOTH FLIGHTS! I don't know maybe we had it coming, we have had a really
bad year up until then.
So Vinaka to you (I think that is how it is spelled). I will get back
to you regarding Sept. they said it was wide open and we will need a
few more weeks to figure it out, but will definitely book it all through
you.
Thanks for the trip of a life time,

I (we) would like to thank you for the outstanding job you did in handling
the arrangements for our trip to Hawaii. The Sheraton you recommended
on the Big Island was awesome! It was just reopened after a long renovation,
and the hotel staff, the facilities and the room were above our expectations.
The apartment at the Kaanapali Alii on Maui was also outstanding. We
had a corner room with a morning view of the sunrise over the mountains/golf
course from one set of windows and an evening view of the sunsets over
the ocean for our lanai. The staff at the Kaanapali Alii and the facilities
were superb. Auto arrangements were as we had requested (i.e. NO SURPRISES!!).

Hello
there.
I just wanted to give you a quick report back on my recent trip to Fiji.
First, a great big thanks to Ron and Hiapo
for getting us an upgrade to an Oceanfront Bure at Castaway, it made all
the difference being on the windward side. The original bure we were assigned
to had no air circulation (even with the ceiling fans) and was extremely
hot - and didn't really have much of a view.
The Outrigger Reef was beautiful and our room had a great view! The Ivi
restaurant was also excellent - great service and awesome food - don't
try to BYOW though. The helicopter flight from Outrigger to Castaway was
breathtaking, and seriously the only option I'd recommend to anyone transferring
between resorts...worth every penny in the time it saved. The island hopping
day trip at Castaway was a blast and included snorkeling at Honeymoon
Island which was fantastic...this fish there were so friendly, they literally
came up to greet you when you got in the water...yeh, I know, they were
just looking for bread, but it makes for a good story.
The Air Pacific flights service was exceptional. I'm not entirely sure
if it was because of my Tabua Class membership, but I feel I received
top notch treatment. I had an entire row to myself (on the upper deck)
for all 4 legs of my journey. The priority baggage tags were very helpful
for sure, and the lounges were pretty comfy with great wine and snacks.
Also, funny coincidence...the flight attendant on my flight back was the
daughter of our Divemaster (Eric) at Castaway.
I'll definitely be in touch to book my next adventure!
Thanks again.
